★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful, great service, friendly people and animals. This is eco-glamping. The accomodation looks basic when you drive up but once inside it opens out to a lovely two bedroom, kitchen/lounge dining room, with study (complete with books) powder room, toilet and shower areas. All off grid. Perfect for a retreat.
Breakfast ingredients provided were delicious.
No wifi but that is kinda the point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earthbridge is a wonderful place made by the owners themselves and you can feel the love that they put in their work ! It's a warm, quiet, peacefull place and you'll be very lucky to stay there ! Plus the owners are very friendly and if you want to chat, they have a lot of interest things to Say about how they see the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim very kindly hosted our expedition team from Opoutere School in late December 2019.
We stayed the night in the cottage. Really lovely accommodation very peaceful with stunning scenery. Jake (the Dog) led us to an amazing private water hole - It was really cool! Up hidden in the trees was a rope swing looking out over the Maratoto Ranges. Tim was a very welcoming, generous and knowledgeable host. We would all definitely come back and stay again. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a complete rest and recharge, this off-the-grid cottage nestled in the beautiful Maritoto valley is for you. We spent a fabulous three nights and two full days here. We had rain and sunshine and the place was perfect, whatever the weather. Everything about it is inspirational and infused with the love of nature and the environment. The newly cut track through the covenanted bush behind the cottage meant you didn't have to go far to get a back to nature experience. Tim is a wealth of knowledge on all things sustainable and environmentally friendly and it was a pleasure to share his creativity and hard work in the form of this cosy cottage. The organic muesli, sour dough bread and home grown produce provided more than enough breakfast for us. A tip for winter guests, bring your own dinner food - you won't want to go out to eat - you'll want to cosy up next to the fire and enjoy NO internet or cellphone coverage. It's a rare treat and one I'm going back to. Thanks for everything Tim and Vivian. LOVED Eearthbridge to bits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly a Piece of Paradise! The stunning views & cozy home (with beautiful details) made it an amazing getaway! The continental breakfast was delicious & we enjoyed our regular dips at the water hole. Amazingly we did not miss our digital devices. Thank you Tim for your warm hospitality! Our stay there has been memorable & we have welcomed 2021 with a bang! Please give Jake (dog) a belly rub from us ?. Thank you again!!
