About Ease Insurance Brokers
We do not charge you for our advice and service because Ease New Zealand Limited receives a payment from the insurance company when we arrange and place your policies with them.
However, Ease Insurance at its discretion may charge a fee for the financial advice and service provided to a client where a client cancels a Life, Income, Mortgage, Trauma or Health insurance policy within two years of inception. Whether a fee will be charged and the manner in which it will be charged will be advised when the advice is provided to the client. This fee will be payable by the client by the 20th of the month after the policy is cancelled.

I cancelled my injury insurance and of course a couple weeks later I ended up in hospital having surgery on broken tibia. I thought I would be cheeky and see if I could reinstate it. Never did I really think I could. Will blow me over I ended up getting paid as though I had never cancelled it. Michelle is fantastic to deal with and really got me. So nice to be treated as an individual and not just a customer.

He helped me to get an Insurance policy and when I had to make a claim, he processed the claim application and ensured that the claim was accepted by the insurance company and was paid out (which is the most important thing). During the whole transition, Andrew was upfront, honest and reliable. His communication was timely and kept me informed on the status. I would very much recommend Andrew for any Insurance related services. 5 stars to you Andrew.
