Incredible session with so much support and a lot of resources for afterwards.
If you are thinking of changing your life for the better, I highly recommend booking here, Caroline is understanding, kind, genuine and relates to people on a raw and non judgmental level.
Also Brought virtual lap band from her online store and have lost 5kgs that I’ve been trying to shift since having my son.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caroline Cranshaw is an excellent Hypnotherapist!! I went to Caroline to help with my PA which I developed after trying to bury my sorrows into drugs and alcohol. I was in a dark place and didn't know how to get out and was at my wits end. Caroline gave me the tools, and guided me on the start of my journey. I am only a few weeks in but I have noticed the difference already. From where I was when I first met her, to where I am now is already a significant change. She's a wonderful woman and a great Hypnotherapist! If you're looking at getting some hypno done, go to Caroline!!
