★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really bad tooth ache and couldn't get into see my usual dentist for a couple weeks so I rang these guys and they slotted me in at a moment's notice gosh I felt so much better after seeing Stephen and his assistant I could of hug them, I should of hug them, I stopped going to my old dentist and stayed with East Bay Dental, beautiful dental rooms nice & warm, there waiting room is spacious & heaps of sunrays awesome receptionists and wonderful Dentists who care ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended this dental clinic in particular Josephine whom had been recommended to a friend by a friend. I was told she was very gentle. I had anxiety about visiting the dentist after some health issues but Josephine was as promised and more. The reception were very helpful. My visit was thorough, gentle and any anxiety were diminished with her very personable approach. When I left there was a gentlemen with special needs and his carer there. The gentleman who had received treatment gestured to his mouth and the dentist explained it would feel a little numb but then he'd be able to eat without discomfort. The gentleman hugged the dentist and it was reciprocated with a well done. My experience was completed with this beautiful act of kindness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went to evaluate a tooth I'd been having trouble with and was assigned Dr Shepherd who decided on a root canal. A week later the gum bled and the tooth behind the one he worked on began to hurt. He prescribed a short course of antibiotics...pain persisted. Long story short. I have not been able to eat on that side for months and I now have a painful abscess in the gum. I am reluctant to go to ANY dentist after this shambles, but I have no choice now since the abscess is growing and causing much discomfort and pain and affecting my work. It cost me HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS at East Bay Dental, (Dr Shepherd even tried to charge me for that follow up appointment which I thought was reprehensible ) it will cost a lot more to fix this mess - I've already paid in pain, suffering, great discomfort - This has been most distressful and I fear I may lose my tooth. Incompetent. Steer clear of this place.
