★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The foulest customer service in whakatane your greeted with a "when your ready" and the food is absolutely disgusting tried to order a soft serve with our meals as well was screamed and sworn at saying shes cleaning the fcken icecream machine while this is happening another bk worker in the car park having domestics in a car.
I really don't kno how its still open

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I come through the drive thru and ask for a coke float their ice cream machine is either getting cleaned or they don’t have any ice cream. Fkng useless. If there’s no ice cream available then put a bloody sign on the order speaker !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pick up through the drive through using the app was painless for my brother (59 yrs) who has anxieties. I placed the order and paid online. All he had to do was take my mobile to click READY NOW. Will he do it again. Most definitely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive thru last night and ordered a combo and asked for 2 chocolate sundaes, to get told their chocolate sauce wasnt working so i asked for a chocolate hershey pie and all i hear is giggling and a sarcastic "ma'am there is no sundaes" dont know if that girl cant hear so i just left it at the combo. Need to work on your customer service and properly listening to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ None of the staff were wearing hair nets, gloves or facemasks. Kind of disgusting in this day n age in a fast food restaurant during covid. Customer service was also very rude and could hear staff swearing through drive through window. This happened at about 9:10pm. Maybe extra training is required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my first time ordering in the restaurant I found the counter staff welcoming and very efficient. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Why wait in a long drive thru queue when the restaurant service was by far quick and easy

The meal was delicious, but management needs to run the floor much better than that!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place clean. Staff pleasant. Seem to be always training someone new. One visit burgers good and next visit flavour of burger taken over by an excess of mayo. Once staff settle down it should be great. Manager excellent.
