β β β β β I used this company to get a paternity test done for my son. The customer service was excellent. Any questions by email I had they responded promptly to. They emailed when the swabs arrived and gave you a date when you would have the results. I was so surprised when I actually got the results 3- 5 days early. We now have certainty and no buts or could be.. Thankyou

β β β β β I have just done two child paternity test, followed instructions carefully but apparently both test were contaminated with bacteria,Easydna has ask me to pay them for two new test , I would not recommend Easydna as I find it hard to believe both childrens test were contaminated, I have used genetrack in the past and had no issues.

β β β β β Getting a paternal DNA test through easyDNA was super easy! I received my kit within 2 days of ordering. The support and assistance from the administration team was amazing.They are wonderful ladies, so very helpful. I'm glad I dont need to go through this again, what an emotional rollercoaster, but if I did, I would definitely use easyDNA again. I received my results exceptionally fast too. Within 3 days of them receiving our samples!!!

β β β β β As a genealogist/private investigator I find birth parents and reunite families.
My latest case found the alleged birth father but paternity was disputed. I stumbled across easyDNA by Google search and am grateful that I did.
The professionalism, communication and timeliness have been 100%. I could not have asked for better service.
And the alleged father is indeed the father at 99.999987012178% certainty!
easyDNA, I am impressed.

β β β β β Paid for DNA service. After months, no service. When rung they contacted me via email to say no application given. How did they get my email without the application form to which they did not receive? Big have. Big con job. Loss of $500. Lesson learnt

β β β β β Paid $800 for urgent non standard test ($250 of which is for postage). Kit took 3 weeks to get to me. When I queried it after 2 weeks of waiting they told me they could have one on a courier in 3 days (thought this service would be included since I paid for urgent). The package has been delivered back to them for 2 weeks and still no results and I can't even get a reply from them now. Absolutely useless customer service and a rip o

β β β β β I have used Easy DNA twice in the search for my biological father. The first time, though the results were negative, Easy DNA were fantastic in all areas to deal with. This time because of my good experience with them, I chose to use them again for a second paternity test. I again found them to be fantastic. Great customer service, even when I was probably annoying. After 27 years of searching, today I got my results back and I have found my biological father. I couldn't be happier with my results and with Easy DNA. Highly recommend.

β β β β β This company is soooooo bad, we have paid the full testing fee to find out the eligible farther of the child, and send our blood simple to Australia. The sample had been delayed and cant be used, and then they asked us to provide the sample again and again. We said we dont want to do the test anymore, asking for the refund, and they told us they cant as part of the term and conditions. This company is cheating and just get free money from people!!!!
