★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am deeply disappointed to have bought an item from this store that was listed on Facebook Marketplace by staff member Christine Ross as "Great Condition" to discover it is indeed faulty. The item is a 2 in 1 Airwalker, and the fault is that the tensioner does not work which renders the product unusable. I gave them the opportunity to rectify the issue by letting them know it was faulty to be told "as is where is" although this is not listed anywhere on the listing and does not override the fact businesses like this one must abide by the consumer guarantees act for selling faulty goods. It was indeed sold from the shop as that was where I collected it, and it was out on display with other shop products, and the cash I paid went in the business till. I was not offered a receipt, and was rushed by the team member out the door and did not get the opportunity to test the item. Rather disappointing that there is no educating your team on the CGA, or that there is no integrity from your team.
