β β β β β Jagadesh Raju Gobburi is the biggest fraudster in New Zealand. Already filed a case against him !! I am writing this review to make others aware, 'DON'T SEND MONEY THROUGH THIS GUY' !! He's a 'Blatant Fraudster' !! His wife is also involved with him !! I request to all the victims, get united and eradicate this Evil !! β β β β β What a pathetic company !! The country head doesn't wanna give contract but wants employee to work with them for 1 month(4weeks) that's crazy !!! How would a person justify his/her experience if they don't have contract letter. The minister's are upfront about this issues and don't want anyone to work without a contract but it's Saddening that the country head who's a PR doesn't know the ethics for this Game !! Hope the Immigration is listening ???

β β β β β was dealing with eco travels for years and have referred it to many. But not anymore. Pradeep, you really need to organise yourself. If you really busy then you need to let your manager know. Because of you I lost $600 as you said you have blocked 2 tickets for me and I trusted you. I called you twice to say that I am happy to do the payments too, you said we can do it later and ascertained me that the tickets have been blocked, just because you were busy and then When I called in at a later stage to confirm your staff member said it was never blocked in the first place. I then booked it through other travels and happy to recommend them to the rest of my friends and family. Very appalling

My name is ishrat vahora. I have a complain against your company. According to consumer protection act your agent did not carried out service with reasonable care and skills, and due to irresponsible behavior we have to suffer a lose in terms of financially and mentally. I want a claim against your unfair service which lead me to suffer. Our return was booked on 26th of march and when we reached airport we come to know the all flights of jet airway are been seduled to canceled more then a month ago. We are not been informed by any of the authority of jet air ways as they said that your information are been missing from system as the agent did not upload it. And when i get back to travel agent he replies it that we informs every body but how come you are not been informed and agent answers me sorry we can't do any thing you have to buy new ticket to travel back from india to Auckland. I did not even get reply of my email send to the complain department of eco travels. The service was totally irresponsible And i want my claim as per consumer protection act rights.

I used to send $ through them; were doing goods as well to be honest. These days ... lagging....lagging....lagging.
When we make a call, the guy who takes d phn is unaware of d procedures & saying bla...bla...bla...????βΌοΈ
Really fed up of d outcome. It takes 3-4 days to get d money credited or else half of d money would be transferred- need to wait another couple of days to get d money credited @ destination.
In my perspective, Eco remit is good for sheer $ 500 or less or else u also would become a victim.
If it is an emergency...never ever trust on this 1

β β β β β I have this experience with the KRoad team. The communication is always incomplete and you're left to your own devices. I specifically requested for flexible tickets and was assured I'll be able to change the travel dates if required. Hiwever, what I got was fixed travel tickets. This led to a loss of $ 700. I'd recommend not taking their word for anything and asking specifically for email confirmation on everything.
