β β β β β Laura and Liv are fantastic to deal with. Laura came up with a solution when others couldn't . Laura likes to think outside the box and always comes up with a solutions that suits. Liv was fantastic in her communication and we knew exactly how things where progressing with our project. Highly recommend them.

β β β β β A very positive experience with the team at Ecoefficient and D-Mak. Communication and timeframes were outstanding during the project. From initial contact to site visit with Laura & Dan to installed system (20 panel, 3P inverter, import/export meter) was only six weeks - Not bad considering tradie workload and product shipping delay issues during these COVID times. The only thing NOT going to plan is that famed Hawke's Bay weather! Although, I don't hold Ecoefficient responsible for that.

β β β β β Got the hot water heat pump installed. Very good pressure and it will be interesting to see if the claims are true about the energy savings. Would recommend these guys for people in the market for a new hot water cylinder

β β β β β I had the new eco water Cyclinder position on the outside of my house very smart and high tech cylinder: The service was just fantastic from administration plus the 2 plumbers that did the insulation were fantastic gentlemen they worked hard all day which would of be about 8 hours. Well the water pressure was absolutely beautiful on medium pressure we love it so much. Better the Eco Cyclinder our water system from the shower was a drizzal honestly. I had about 5 plumbers try and regulate or improve the water system. But thie Eco cyclinder is a lovely plenty of water. I was limited on how much I used for the bath because of other family wanting to use the shower without running out of hot water for fear I should say. Well I just fill that bath tub to the top and every one else still get their warm hot showers. I love it you don't know what your missing out on.

β β β β β After my 50 year old water cylinder finally called it quits I asked around and a close friend of mine suggested that I follow his lead and give Ecoefficient Solutions a call. Anna Saxton promptly sent me the required reading and specs as well as a site visit and the upgrade was in motion very quickly. Anna assisted me in acquiring a smaller system that would match my apartments needs and had it shipped especially as requested. The guys from Devine plumbing were quick, clean and courteous and had the new system in and operating in 7 hours. Many thanks to Anna Saxton from Ecoefficient and Daphne Barraclough from HB Regional Council SHFA.

β β β β β Great experience. Very easy to deal with from initial call, to instillation, to final inspection. These guys make is simple and hassle free, and I'm very glad I went with them. Our solar system is pumping out close to 5 kw/hr, so the house is easily covered (1kw/hr average) and we are making our own power, what's not to like?

Laura and the team have been incredibly responsive and informative over the year long process from when we first brought our lifestyle block to the installation. There have been multiple examples during that time of fantastic service that this review would end up being pages long to list them all ! If you are looking for a team to work with to achieve energy self sufficiency ..then look no further than Ecoefficient.
