β β β β β AMAZING COMPANY!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My partner and I have used Inspect House NZ for all of our building inspections for potential property purchases so far in our house buying journey. We honestly could not recommend them enough!!!! They have been absolutely fantastic. We have requested each property inspection on short notice and they have always been extremely accommodating but also friendly and reliable and made the process super easy. The reports themselves are very thorough and are received quickly - we have been very impressed. We will be using them in future again and highly recommend to anyone needing an inspection. β β β β β Great communication! Recommending Kyall and his team. Their inspector spent more than 3hrs - even waited for the power restoration of the garage. He went through the subfloor thoroughly, very attentive fellow. Report had great detail in it and was made available the same day. I definitely would seek their services again in the future.

β β β β β Such an awesome company to deal with! They made the process very simple and were quick to respond. The builders report I received was highly detailed and extremely informative.
I had to rebook an inspection to satisfy one of the conditions in my contract. Kyall immediately helped in the situation and got an inspector to the property ASAP.
Would highly recommend using 'Insepct House NZ'.
