β β β β β I want to say a huge thank you to the Nelson team for such an amazing job on our roof. From start to finish they were reliable and easy to talk to. I felt valued as a customer and well informed about the project. They went out of their way to have the job finished on time despite of bad weather and other set backs.

β β β β β They were totally hopeless. I told them I had a tile roof and they sent a guy up who had zero experience of tile roofing so he said he'd get back to me - nothing. I then called Christchurch branch 3 times and was told the South Island manager would contact me - nothing.
I called again and now am told they have no one with the training to repair and seal tile roofs.
What happened to you Edwards and Hardy? You used to be a great business to deal with. I USED to recommend you but not any more.
NOT GOOD Enough!!!
