★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edwards and Hardy did a Roofguard Moss proofing cleaning on my property.
The first time while the weather was not favorable (started raining just as they packed up). We complained about this and they returned a few months, while my wife was at home they completed the service, without advising her that they are here or she noticing them on the roof, thus I need to take their word that they completed the job.... A guarantee in the postbox was the clue that they did the job.
Just to round this off in a glorious triumph we had to follow up for an invoice and a few weeks later we received a final notice email with the invoice.
YOU GUYS NEED TO GO AND LEARN ONE OR TWO THINGS ABOUT PROFESSIONALISM AMD SERVICE FROM YOUR COUNTERPARTS IN HAMILTON!
