★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to give a big shout out to Roger Raymond from I-Rentals Whangarei Northland for the help these past few months. Long story short my 3-year old rental property was meth-contaminated by the previous tenant ( under the previous PM ) and because I wasn't happy with my previous PM I decided to find another PM and luckily I found him. Roger pretty much dealt with my insurance company through the entire process and all I did just lodged the claim. Not only he helped me out dealing with the insurance company and getting the property cleaned up but he also managed to rent out the property for $500/week instead of $420/week which what my useless previous PM only managed to get. So if anyone is looking for a PM in Whangarei area I would highly recommend Roger to look after your property !

We couldn't have been more greatful for Roger in our time in Whangarei, our home was beautiful and the price was unbeatable. Would definitely reccomend.
