★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought at first this business seemed ok but have problems and don't expect any communication from them. Either them or the scaffolding people stuffed my phone line and do you think they'll do anything about it, no, nothing.
I'd like to ask them, was it worth a bad review? Obviously you don't value your business very much.
Plenty of other roofers around, I suggest you all try someone else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys keep leaving unsolicited mail either in my mailbox or at my doorstep, advising that they've viewed and assessed my roof, and that I should call them to get it repaired. They also address their correspondence to my wife and I personally, despite us never having met them. It's creepy, unappreciated, a waste of paper and time, and unwanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To all prospective employees. Please make sure that you read through this company's EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT atleast 5 times. If possible, take the employment contract to a LAWYER or to the IMMIGRATION before signing it. Otherwise, you will have to face plenty of surprises. Please get clarity regarding your pay from a lawyer & not from any company official, to ensure that you are not getting exploited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used E&H on my roof about 6 months ago. I didn't understand properly what was going to be done on my roof (Mistakes happen). They chem washed my roof. they them returned to clean my gutters and then again to do some repairs. I was expecting to be treated poorly after questioning the original agreement . I wrote in and had Jacob knocking on my door not long after. He listened to my side of the story and agreed to honour my request even though it was likely my fault i misunderstood. They were honorable to a fault. I was surprised. I would recommend this team again (and use them again) in a heartbeat. Thanks guys, really appreciated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed with Edwards & Hardy Roofing (Wellington). I have used their services a few times since we bought our home seven years ago and I had no issues as they did good job with the moss cleaning of our roof.
Three weeks ago I had contacted them requesting someone to check the valley rafters of our roof which it requires maintenance. Now I have two cracked tiles that requires replacement. I've called three times (First about the rafter. My subsequent call following up about the rafter and advising of the cracked tiles. And third call, following up on the previous two calls!!!) and still no one has come over to check my roof and replace the tiles as they had advised. I have had no follow up or courtesy call from them either. I'm now dealing with a leaking roof for last two weeks.
I've been a loyal customer and have been extremely patient. However I'm thinking about talking my business else where! Edwards & Hardy, if you value your customers even for those with little jobs, the least you do is call back your customers as you have promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can recommend Edwards and Hardy. Their first treatment (moss removal) got rid of all the moss on my roof. The second treatment (moss proofing) was applied a few months later but soon after the guys left there was an unexpected heavy shower of rain. I advised the company of this and they immediately said that they would return to redo the moss proofing – no argument, no hesitation. That’s what I call great customer service!
