j	julz s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very wary of the sales talk from this company.Hired a brand new EFTPOS machine from them. New machine would not work with our point of sale software and so we were given an old one instead, which we were ok with. However we signed the contract after we were told that if we needed to we could stop at any time no problems. Our business sadly went under and we returned the machine within a few days to the company. What we were not told, even when we returned the machine was that we were still expected to pay for the remainder of a 3 year contract, as the finance is arranged through a separate company. They happily took the machine and I presume have since rented to someone else. It has taken us nearly two years to resolve and at one point only kept the business account open to pay this bill for a machine we havent used. We were in our first business and were taken in by people who basically lied to us- would never go through this company again

Had several problems with the machines but was put on hold ALL THE TIME as we talked remotely with technicians and no one ever visited our shop in the four years we had the business. Just before selling we were told that we had just signed a contract again and would have to keep paying for years. After explaining our position and spending days on hold were told to return the machine "even though it is now defunct and outdated" I returned the machine and money kept coming out of my bank account. Many unreturned calls and a year later: "we never received the machine" They wanted me to find the courier ticket from a year ago!

This was my first time using eftpos for my company so I was quite confused by these guys were really helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more efficient service and they have been extremely friendly to deal with. I look forward to using these guys in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
