★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service by your employee David Morris, I just sent an email asking a question and got a terrible answer back, I was still willing to book it (hence it was my mistake, I thought I was doing an inquiry not a booking) but the way he answered back.
Just made me feel uncomfortable. Shame.
