★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely NO Stars but can't post without giving them 1. Stay away from these guys. They trick you in to sign a contract. Years to try to sort things out but only thing they seem to be able to say is "You decided to sign the contract, so sorry". Be careful they sign you up for 4 years and we are paying triple of what all other companies would charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst and most deceiving company I have ever come across.
Was told if I paid extra per month that I could break my contract at any time.
After a year of doing this I decided to end my contract for genuine reasons. They have now told me that I am locked in and still have to pay even though I have been paying extra each month!
I am taking this further

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever, do not sign anything with these guys. Once you signed the contract, they will not let you off the hook. Instead they will try to make you take out a new contract at a lower price, so that you can cancel your existing contract. The staff have no clue how to fix problems all they do is ring back head office and wait for simple instructions on what to do next. Not helpful or knowledgeable like their competitors. Don't even waste your time to asking for a quote from these guys, you'll regret it.
