★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally, I find Louise a diligent, thorough hairdresser. However, recently she seems distracted by ongoing drama in her personal life. Despite being very clear about what I wanted and what was important to me with my hair, for some reason she shaved a big bald strip up the back of my head. My pony tail, which I love to wear long, is now 3 inches shorter and looks bunchy and awful. I went home after this haircut and cried for an hour because I felt so ugly and disappointed. Despite knowing that I was unhappy, she still charged me the full price. Like a fool, I paid her.
I will not be going back to Elite Hairdressers for my haircuts. Time for me to find someone younger and more focused to whom to give my loyal custom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent and unpretentious salon that offers walk in appointments. You will get an excellent cut at a reasonable price, - at least for guys. Can't offer a womens perspective, but would expect the same holds true for them.
