We meet regularly and I'm consistently on the phone to him seeking advice and validity for not just accounting and tax issues but for general business growth strategies. Stu and team have the ability to support us with quick and timely advice and none of the bill's we receive are not shocking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a free consultation, mentioned I wanted a free consultation to everyone I spoke to, but at the end of the appointment Brad said he was going to charge me as I was not going to sign up. Made a fuss about the time taken and how they're a business and they don't work for free. Brad even made a point of rolling his eyes at me when I said putting a price on a free consultation at the end is sneaky.
If you don't want to take the time to give free consultations, don't advertise them!
The information was actually really good, and I am in the market for an accountant, but will not be signing on with these kind of tactics.
