Had the mattress for two months, I have springs in my back and I am being bullied into keeping the bed or returning it, at my own cost, and they will assess it - by the tone of the mail not expecting success, or consideration of what I will sleep on in the interim. Oh yes, and I was being 'urged' to pay more money over to get a different mattress. I regret my buy.
