★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve shopped twice at Furniture Now in the past week. Excellent customer service both times. Affordable and quick delivery. Delivery driver was pleasant and helpful also. Furniture has been of excellent quality as well. Will most certainly be back next time we update a piece of furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad experience, poor customer service, no accountability of any escalation. I tried not to write this but I am fed up of their excuses. In the Manukau store, I dealt with Robin, Charlie, Shani...... no one took ownership of my issue and sort my order out. First and last time customer. Had to call 6 times to get my order. 1st order dinning table was missing, 2nd Rug was missing. Still waiting for the rug.........been to the store few times already. Shame shame shame ?.....never going to recommend to my friends and family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely layout in the showroom. The staff are friendly - not pushy, and they wait until you need them. Great quality furniture and a very reasonable price. The beds are all nicely decorated too so customers can see how they’d look with a duvet etc on. Definitely worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I visited to look at bed frames. Am I invisible? We were standing together and one of the workers comes to greet... only my partner with " Hey bro." Annoyed, I said hello sarcastically and walked off.
He tried coming back to talk to both of us because he saw we were interested in an item. I wasn't impressed with being ignored, so I left.
If you want a sale, don't ignore a potential customer. Especially the one who has final say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The star is a Negative 100 ... We visited Sun 30/1/22 in the morning walked in said good morning to the 2 male staff at counter on left. . No good morning back they didn't even asked if we needed help, under my breath I said to my husband "How rude" and I'm sure I heard one of them make a comment :(... we found a dinning room suite we wanted to buy, the Indian lady there was friendly but the horrible rude non customer service we got when we walked in put us of buying from there. Even when we walked out they were looking at one of their phones, should get rid of those 2 and put the Indian Lady at the front she was helpful and friendly.
