★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here to stay twice now and both times we have been blown away by Ginny and her service, the character of the building, the lovely decor and the seriously good value for money! Only paying for a basic double room Ginny assigned us to the deluxe queen room which was newly furnished and everything. Never felt more at home in my life. Perfect for students, stragglers, couples and families alike. Could not recommend any more. Oh yeah, and free WiFi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super adorable bed & breakfast. The owner & manager is so friendly and I can't forget that she loves to say "wee bit" a wee bit too much! The breakfast portion of the B&B was a bit lacking - only toasts, jam, and cereal but the accommodation and location more than made up for it. Only blocks from restaurants, shops, beach & aviary sanctuary. The room was a bit smaller but it was comfortable and very clean. And it is wheelchair accessible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled on this place by accident, and loved it so much we will definitely be back! Ginny and staff were super friendly and always available. The friendly, comfortable atmosphere made it easy to relax. It really felt like a home away from home. Free Wifi, breakfast included, great location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ve been there 10 days, 3 years ago. The rooms are beautiful and really romantic for couple. Also the house is very clean and breakfast is pretty awesome!
The best in the guest house is the owner. She s absolutely kind and her personality is so funny. I ll.never forget her.
