P.s in the last 2-3 weeks I had got hold of Karen, numerous fast responses to emails, phone calls, samples sent and then ordered lace I also inquired at 2 other places I'm still waiting to hear from them.........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Karen for being so patient and helpful yesterday. You happily laid fabric out for me to photograph on behalf of my daughter. Then much to my surprise I found some fabric to make myself a wedding outfit!! Having you hold the fabrics in front of me and to be able to see them in a mirror with natural light streaming in was perfect. I cannot compare the experience to a retail outlet which often leaves you undecided. You are a treasure and I would recommend any bride to see you first to help decide on that perfect look for that special day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In our search for the perfect wedding dress we came across one that my daughter loved but was way out of our price range. We showed a picture of it to Karen and she was able to source the same lace for us.
Karen's communication was always quick and detailed. It only took just over a week for it to arrive in New Zealand. The cost was so reasonable it meant my daughter could have the dress she really wanted.
Karen was invaluable also in recommending skilled and friendly seamstress options and in estimating the amount of lace needed.
The Elizabeth Jayne experience is one i would highly recommend.
