★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive and will tell you your cat has problems just to have thousands of dollars! I do not recommend coming to this clinic! Unless you have the patience to be told your ruining your pets life and made to book appointments for surgery’s that arnt even needed!!
Waikiwi vets is so much better! Stay away from here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We take our dogs here and have had nothing but exemplary service from Sandy and her team of very caring and professional staff. Buddy the cream dog has had some major health problems in the past and thanks to the amazing care he has received he is now on the right road to recovery. Many thanks again. These dogs are part of our family and the best vet care is essential to that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there twice now. Should have never gone back after the first visit. Guess that's my own fault. But thought I'd give them a second chance as they are close to home and the poor treatment I was subjected to could be a onces off, a bad day. Nope. Its just how Sandy treats and talks to people. I went in just for vaccinations. Both times I was talked down to and brushed aside like I was a kid. And I wasn't really given a consultation or opptions regarding what happened to my cats. Just "we're doing extra tests". I just went in just for vaccinations!!! and then when I get to the counter to pay, it's hundreds above what I was expecting. I asked if I could pay it off in a couple of installments but all I got was "no you have to pay in full, now. Also you have to come back so we can do the tests again"...right before Christmas?!?! Also I wasn't told the result of the tests, when I asked, I just got a lecture on how important vaccines are... I know! That's why I went there to begin with!! I left in tears.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service from Sandy. One of our cats needed emergency treatment for poisoning. Sandy treated her after hours and even took our cat home to keep an eye on her. Now that's special care. Thanks Sandy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum was told her cat was very sick, not eating and needed to be put down! When she picked him up (against the vets wishes) he ate fine but had lost a considerable amount of weight from the time he was with the vet! She then took him to another vet to get second opinion who said he was absolutely fine! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to Elles road for two different instances. The first time I thought maybe it was a on off and she was having a bad day but after going back this time I can confirm that I will not be back. Sandy is clearly just focused on making money and not the care of the animals that come into the centre or the clients she is dealing with. Not only is she terribly rude and disrespectful but the prices are far higher than other clinics. When attempting to engage in conversation she talks over you and is incredibly nasty, treating clients as though they are silly and no nothing about animal care or as though they don't care about their beloved pets Definitely will not be back.
