★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my sister who needed her nails filled so thought I’d get a manicure. She got quoted $65 which we thought was expensive but had no option (couldn’t find anyone else in Queenstown that did them) so we did it.
I didn’t ask price for a basic manicure as I thought it’d be way cheaper than a refill of acrylics. Horrible manicure and paint job (not even shellac!!) and it cost me $65!!!!!!!!!! Apparently I got a “European manicure” which took all of 25 mins and my sister who got a full refill and shellac on top and it took over an hour was the same cost?!
I was super careful with my nails for 3+ hours and still they ended up looking like a 3 year old did them! I had to go out and purchase nail polish remover to undo the poor job and my cuticles are now all cut up. Very disappointed. Would highly recommend against going here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for an sns emergency when I was on holiday as I broke one of mine and they were nearly due to be redone anyway. The lady was really nice but she removed the old sns mostly with pliers and ripped off so many layers of my already thin nails! I had to ask if she was going to remove it all like that then she soaked some off. She then prepared my nails manually and made me bleed when she was filing them.. and after all that she used some kind of gel that really hurt as my nails were so thin by the that the uv light was extremely hot. I've been home for 4 days now and two nails already peeled off and the others are all chipped. This cost $90 as I got some extras. I am going to see my regular lady today to see what she can do to fix them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very overpriced! I paid $160 for a manicure and pedicure with normal nail polish. I have never paid so much for such bad quality. My nails chipped the next day. In addition to this, there was only one person working and it took 1.5 hours. I would recommend saving your money and going to a nicer place.

RIP OFF! Really really BUDGET! The lady who did me, had no pride in herself so I should have stopped there. The place was dirty, products looked really really old. My lashes look like a beginners set!! A 5 year old could do better.
My nail she ‘fixed’ looked better before hand. She didn’t size it up AT ALL with the rest of my finger nails, and the job she done really is shocking! Do not recommend this place at all!! RIP OFF, UGLY WORK! & dirty.
Communication skills between workers also needs to be fixed.
