On holidays in New Zealand and injured my back. I was in excruciating pain and it was nearing closing hours. I called every physio in town and no one would see me until I reached Ebony. She agreed to stay after hours to help me and I couldn't be more greatful... Not only was she lovely, she is amazing at what she does! Thanks to Ebony, I am able to get through the rest of my holiday. Thank you!!

Regular pilates sessions have been great for keeping my joints and muscles moving and strong so that an active life can be enjoyed in comfort. The Studio is a great place with professional staff who look after specific needs of everyone - with a good laugh along the way.

With the aim of competing to a top level nationally and internationally it is so important to me that I work with knowledge supportive physios. Ebony Hornibrook and Lousie Parker are both incredibly knowledgeable and nothing is an issue. They have found solutions to every injury I have thrown at them and realise that continuing with what you want to do in life is priority so solutions need to be found. The Studio provides a fun, relaxed environment with a good array of rehab equipment. The pilates classes are small and a great way to strengthen and stretch. I highly recommend The Studio for physiotherapy and pilates.

Recently I competed in the Wild Descent kayak race down the Clutha River in the weekend. After the first day I was quite sore so spoke to Sarah and told her about my current ACC back strain from january 2013.I've had treatment over many years for on-going back issues among other other injuries. I've also been treated by several Phyisos and I found Sarahs knowledge to be very comprehensive on all matters of my injuries. Later in the event I developed forearm problems which she all but cured which just amazed me as I thought I was done for the weekend . Sarah came across very professional and extremely switched on to the injury specific treatment for kayaking. But I also get the impression that she would know her stuff for any other exercise too. I was also strapped by another Sarah (dark haired) who did a great job on holding my shoulder together for me .I didn't have any more problems with it for the rest of the weekend Please pass on my thanks to the girls .I would recommend your busniess to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and expert treatment.Cheers

Started with Sarah C performing an individual assessment, then Pilates, instructions were clear and it’s nice to know exercises are catered to your own abilities /areas for improvement. Then when another Physio didn’t work out, Sarah C is pretty near resolving a knee injury with physiotherapist and her knowledge :) Awesome job Sarah & team, thanks for all your support!

Louise managed to fix up a running injury to a tendon and worked with me on my running form and strength to prevent it from happening again. At the time I was dubious about running a marathon just 3 months out from physio but she had faith that I'd be fine, and I was! Injury hasn't re-appeared and my running is going from strength to strength. Awesome job, cannot recommend highly enough :)

I can’t rate The Studio highly enough. The weekly reformer classes, although cost more than a group session are by far the best money ever spent on strength and fitness. Because you do this with a small group and an instructor who ensures you do the exercises correctly you don’t injure yourself and simply get stronger and stronger each week at your pace - but you’re pushed to do your best and get a great work out in a safe, fun environment. The team are great people, super professional, friendly and they really know their stuff whether it be Physio therapy or Pilates. Highly recommend.

Girl Power ! A place with very skilled, good looking, talented and hard working women, with a range of options for nearly every one... Pilates, Hand Therapy (i had already 3 surgeries on my right wrist), Gym... Basically almost anything that you need if you injure yourself (and you probably will, doing Mountain biking or skiing), or if you' re simply living your life (giving birth), for any age, gender and nationality.. We all hope that we won' t need to go the the Physio, but if you do, they're the one you should go to !
