Se pudesse deixar uma sugestão é com um atendimento telefônico mais eficiente e explicar melhor no site quais passos são necessário para o processo presencial e não presencial. Eu não sabia que retiraria o passaporte na mesma hora, comprei um courrier bag desnecessário, mas como já dito, foi uma surpresa boa.

If you could leave a suggestion is with a more efficient telephone answering and explain better on the site what steps are required for the presential and non-presential process. I did not know that I would withdraw the passport immediately, I bought an unnecessary courrier bag, but as already said, it was a good surprise.
