Un dolor tener que ir a Wellington para muchas cosas, pero supongo que eso no es culpa de la Embajada sino del sistema. Tendrían que informatizar muchos de los trámites como ya lo hace Nueva Zelanda desde hace mucho tiempo.
 Good service, professional and fast.
A pain to have to go to Wellington for many things, but I guess that is not the fault of the Embassy but of the system. They would have to computerize many of the procedures as New Zealand has been doing for a long time.

Desafortunadamente no me pudieron ayudar tanto como me gustaría por que soy de Australia.
Pero que pena!
Como que dan ganas de mudarse a NZ ya que son súper eficientes! Los de Australia de quedan cortos y los de Melbourne nunca contestan el teléfono.
Contestan el email súper rápido y son Súper amables por el teléfono, me dieron toda la información necesaria para hacer mis trámites desde Australia.
He vivido en muchos países y creo que nunca vi un cuerpo consular tan simpático y que me ayudo tanto y se tomo el tiempo de resolver mis dudas. Muchas gracias !

The best workers in Spain are there!
Unfortunately they couldn't help me as much as I would like because I'm from Australia.
But what a pity!
Kind of makes you want to move to NZ as they are super efficient! Those in Australia fall short and those in Melbourne never answer the phone.
They answer the email super fast and are super friendly on the phone, they gave me all the necessary information to do my paperwork from Australia.
I have lived in many countries and I think I have never seen a consular body so nice and that helped me so much and took the time to answer my questions. Thank you very much !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s impressive how efficient they are in responding emails and organizing appointments, especially when compared with French embassy, I was planning to go France before, but couldn’t make an appointment with them for the visa after trying for 2.5 months , so I decided to change my plan and go Spain instead, it turns out to be a great choice, feel that we tourists are welcomed to go their country.
