? I'd been taking other treatments for healing, from other practices and modalities.. and I still felt off, like something was missing.
??️ I was challenged with restless & sleepless nights, a few personal thoughts on my mind, accompanied with lower and upper back pain to make things more interesting for me to handle.
? Approaching my first healing session, I didn't know what to expect lol was a little nervous because I had no idea what would happen or what I would face as a result lolz I just wanted healing.
? Not entirely sure what it was but I felt called to travel from Auckland all the way to Hawkes Bay, to be there.
? When I entered the shop I felt so welcome and taken care of entering into the safe space you had prepared, I was able to relax and let go, going through the entire session with you was amazing!
? I didn't expect to.. but I found myself visiting some very interesting spaces during my healing session, amongst being shown some special things or moments that I will keep with myself for this time being. ?
? The days following my session, a number of things had taken place, all of which, at this time are quite personal to me but I will share that it felt like I'd entered into an accelerator, where situations would happen and people would turn up to help take care of things and my back pains had eased into no pain.. which seemed quite bizarre lol but I'm not complaining.. just amazed?
? I now look forward to what is unfolding, in each and every moment ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sophie is magician! ???
I have been going to Sophie for THeta healing for longer sessions since last year. I was new to THeta healing and I am a convert! She has held space for me and helped me shift deep and unconscious limiting beliefs around my worth and my power. I feel lighter and feel I can on take on the world after each session with her. The need to take action is stronger and cleare each time I see her.
Last few days I have dealing with fatigue and broken sleep. Sophie came to the rescue yesterday.. and did me a bespoke healing session focusing on my tiredness and sleep. I slept 12 hours straight! I feel grounded, here and present today. Very much in alignment.
Thanks so much Sophie. Forever in your gratitude. I will recommend her amazing services to anyone facing limiting beliefs, fatigue or struggling with change. She is your person!!!
