I was very impressed with the professional manner of Arion who came to do the sweep. He was very friendly polite and articulate in his communication. He told me what he would do and also gave good advice on effective use of the fire. He carried out the work seamlessly and thoughtfully.

He contacted me as soon as I sent the job request, came over and did an inspection, provided a quote based on a report from Central Sweeps that the flue was broken and needed replacement. When he came to fix it he identified that the flue was not broken but was dislodged from the unit. This saved me over $600. Great guy to contact for any fireplace repair. Excellent service and I highly recommend Ethan and Embr Fires.

Place was left clean and a comprehensive report with photos for insurance validation.
I have to say the professionalism and customer service Embr Fires adhere to is very high, something that is hard to find in today's service industry's
