About Emcon Residential
We have used Emcon before so had no hesitation in to get them in again to undertake our next building project – 2 bathrooms, powder room and a laundry. We had no idea of what was needed to do this job - both in terms of products and building work but we found them to be very informative, efficient and the end result was a fantastic job with no “mucking us around”.
Emcon provide a whole service so that the client doesn’t have to do too much. They have a fully integrated team with design, product selection and ordering, builders, plumbers and electrician. They also use an app which keeps you fully informed as to what is happening and who is coming each day and they stick to it! Also we could see the budget adjustments as we added more jobs.
The tradies are all very professional and pleasant to be around so that we felt we could trust their work. If there were any issues Damien our project manager sorted it very quickly so that it wasn’t our problem! Damien was very efficient and calm and always turned up when he said he would. There was also very little mess.
The quote was in line with other companies but we got more for our money!

Shannon had extensive knowledge of bathroom products and design which made our choice of what to use easy. As they are a building company we knew that they would do the renovations well. Damien as the project manager was fantastic - calm and competent - even the other tradies said how great he was to work with and manage the job. The whole job was tracked on an app which had any budget extras that we added in and also the dates on which each tradie would be there - and they all were.
