β β β β β Thanks Michael for the timely repair. Called early in the morning on the 5th Wed, first working day after the new year public holidays.
Michael was very helpful. The leaks were fixed right in that morning, include replaced the leaking stainless steel flexi pipe. Just in time avoid flooding the whole place.
At this time of the year, some plumbers were not available till the 10th Mon or later, which is understandable being on the new year holiday break. Appreciate Michael was available.

He isnβt just friendly but is also professional. Quickly found the point where blocked and gave me good explanations and tips on how it happened and how to avoid a recurrence. He also organized the rest of the job with City Council, which is good.
And the service charge was quite reasonable based on the job and the time he spent. Highly Recommend .Thanks Mitch
