I've been particularly impressed with the plumbers' problem solving and identification (and fixing) of small problems we hadn't picked up on before they become big ones. Great stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am SO pleased with this business! I initially felt slightly uneasy calling a plumber in Level 4 lockdown, but had an unavoidable issue with my insinkerator. Plumbuilt were amazing - our plumber was SO professional; he came out straightaway, had excellent communication from start to finish, had clear Covid guidelines to perform the job safely and fixed my insinkerator AND another leak in the garage in record time. I cannot recommend them enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woke up to find a burst pipe on a Saturday morning. Rang Plumbuilt and someone arrived in a couple of hours and soon had it fixed. Have used them lots of times. Generally pretty good, though sometimes seem a bit expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two plumbers were sent for one job. Job took a few days to finish due to lack of knowledge from first plumber and installation of the wrong pipe. Invoiced for that incorrect job. Then the pipe leaked. Another plumber sent out to fix the damage done by first plumber. Invoiced again for that poor workmanship. Second plumber ran out of materials and had to return another day. When he returned I was charged for the call out fee again and the job itself. Total of over $1000 for a job that should've costed $300. Disgusting service! Would not recommend to anyone.
