A little bit about me…
Hello and thank you for stopping by! My name is Emma and I’m the girl click-clicking away behind the camera.
The first thing you should know about me is that I love photography. I adore getting the best out of everything I capture, whether my subject is traditional or quirky, rural or urban, beautifully simple or wonderfully over-the-top.
I have a first class degree in photography, a NQJ in photojournalism and, in addition, have buckets of passion for my work. This has taken me right around the world shooting weddings, portraits, commercial images and even press photos for a large, local newspaper.
I grew up in a small village in the North West of England and I’m definitely a country bumpkin at heart. My upbringing has given me an appreciation of the outdoors and I’m as comfortable capturing a magical moment under the canopy of a forest as I am in a more formal setting.
I have recently relocated to New Zealand and I am now accepting work in the Hawke’s Bay region.
When I’m not taking photographs I love to travel and my passport is always in hand. I can often be found with my nose in a guidebook, scouting out new places and sights.
I’m friendly, professional and – most importantly – always up for a new challenge. I would love to discuss your project with you, whatever it is.
