I was able to easily upload pictures of my catalytic convertors to the Endless website on the fly and same day they were in touch. The customer service response was first class. Yes you have to submit your ID and personal details but that's all part of the process. I highly recommend and commend Endless and the awesome staff I dealt with (special mention: Chelsea). The total price I received for my CATS was very fair also. Give them a go!
