★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place when you come to buy there product it's really good service and welcome,
when your product have issue, it's really hassle to contact them to come fix for you.
I have bought New fridge from them and cost me $5000 and they send our leaking gas product, and the fridge are not cool after 3 month time , and you need to refill gas every 3 month.
try contact they service phone for last 3 day no one answer phone, and email them no reply back to you.
I recommend to all Nz Bakery & Caffe business do not buy any product from them.
It really complex when your product have any issue and try contact them to come to fix for you, and they don't want answer the phone , and alway put you on the line for more than hours and still no answer-to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a dodgy company to deal with . If you are thinking to buy anything from them then be prepared to take them to the court. They sold me an oven which had a problem and they kept fixing the same problem for 18 months . And the service is too slow . They were not even apologetic for this cause . This oven did lot if damages to my business because I couldn’t cook food and almost caused me a big accident . Now when I took them to tribunal then things started happening very quickly and even their manager Alex started replying my emails who I wanted to talk to for 6months.
We bought over 40k worth Equipments from them but definitely take your money somewhere else they not reliable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service and the worst appliances. They break down constantly. They give you warranty but can never get a technician to come and fix the issue. Spare parts department is the worst! They can never seem to locate your part and if they do it takes weeks to arrive. Last time I will be buying appliances off this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst purchase experience ever. We purchased a new gas burner from them, but when we received it, our gas guy found that some parts are missing. We tried to contact them to solve this problem. But what they said was ' you need to buy the parts and get someone to fix it. We send it out and just like what it is.' Then we tried to return it as its new, but they said no, no return, no refund. We still need to pay full payment.
The staff from manager to front staff, they dont have a good and fair manner to you. What they are doing is selling things to you. The manager is a hard talk person, what he can says is 'pay your money'! Really want to give zero star if I can. Do not buy from them. Wasting time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your service on under warranty product and response is non existant. There is no one attending after hours service it’s on reviling auto play. No one picks up the phone or returns calls. I will be taking you to court the small claims tribunal is set up for this very reason I will also be advertising this in every relavant newspaper to warn buyers about your company and its directors.

My mum purchased this display when I was away on holiday and she couldn't speak English very well. The bilingual staff in FED was so patient from the consultation to the delivery and even came to the store to help my mum to fill in the finance forms as it is all in English . We are definitely coming back again for another purchase very soon. Thank you again .

Bought 3 fridge from this place when I first open one of my shops, one broke within 2 years, the other 2 had problem with compresser within 4-5 years and other brands tend to last 10 years +. I guess you pay for what you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I have ever had to deal with, I purchased a food cabinet off their website and was told it was unable to be sent out of Auckland and not in stock, and that I will need a refund, why are items that are out of stock on your website? 2 days later I was told they suddenly had stock and was being sent the item without my permission as I was last told I was getting refunded my money so I ordered a different food cabinet elsewhere. The manager is impossible to get in contact with, they never ever returned my messages, emails, even if it was something very important and when I finally got to speak with them they laughed at the important situation. There is a lot of money involved with these big purchases and is very stressful getting ignored. Waste of time and energy to deal with, wish I read the other bad reviews before even trying to order anything.
