โ โ โ โ โ I went to this store last week and got really great items for awesome prices but when I got home, I realised I was charged for 3 mugs and not 2. Thinking this was a simple error, I decided to dismiss it & went back today to buy more mugs and other items. This time paying attention to the total cost of the items I wanted to buy which was $19. The same older woman that served me last time tried charging me $22.95 and as soon as I asked $22.95 and started calculating it in front of her, she immediately apologised and said $19 before I got to $6 in total. Afterwards, I looked at the receipt and her register had calculated my items right to $19 so I believe she added an extra $2.95 on purpose. Why are you stealing from your customers? I don't understand because I really like your products and would actually spend the extra money. 1 star for stealing from those who keep your business going. Disgusting.

โ โ โ โ โ I asked the older lady working there if the product I was looking for was still in store but she didn't seem to understand so I was explaining the product NICELY but she decided to ignore me in the middle of a conversion and started to display&talk to other staff. Before she is in the customer service industry, she should learn it is a common sense not to ignore when someone is talking, as a grown up adult.
Yup, I'll not visit again.

have been going there for years, but
today the lady accused me of stealing.
Just because I'm a teenager doesn't
mean I'm going to steal. I had my item in
my hand as she approached me. They rudely took and searched my bag
and didn't apologize afterward. I won't go
there if i was you there are much more nicer 2 dollar shops example 2 dollar things in glen eden they are so kind and chill
