โ โ โ โ โ I would give 0 stars if possible absolutely disgusting service.
I explained that my car had been broken into and I need to cut a new key that came with the new ignition and they said they didnt want to cut the key even though they could. They then proceed to talk about about me in a different language and walked away. Absolutely disgusting.

โ โ โ โ โ I cut a spare key properly 2 years ago. I never use it until today ( brand new), and it doesn't work because they did not cut properly.
I took it back to the store, and they said the key was cut long time ago and no longer warranty.
Stay away from this shop because they are not honestly, and not professional.

I came back a week later and they added another link no questions asked and no added payment! Workers are nice and professional. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at New Lynn Mister Minit.

โ โ โ โ โ The new key made for my car opens and drives, but doesn't lock the car. The technician tested it, but I only realised the fault when I got home. The it was Christmas and I went away with a half functioning key.

โ โ โ โ โ i took my brand new gshock here for battery replacement, upon getting home i notice the rubber gasket beneath the battery cover was flopping about not inserted correctly! reckless no attention to detail this could have destroyed my entire new watch had i gone swimming etc. they placed it correctly next day upon needing to return. but i will certainly not be returning nor trust them with more expensive watches requiring alittle care and precision work. cant even trust them replacing batteries. cant they concentrate in mall. outrageous.

โ โ โ โ โ Awesome care for customers, recut a key twice and came with me to my car to make sure it worked. which it did after their 3rd attempt and was very pleased and will use this place for keys in the future. More connection here than at bunnings, key was 30$ but identical
