★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Charged us $1600 for 2 "mould assessments", one of which was done in 15 minutes. Always had to be chased up and finally, having never told us the costs involved in trying mould, gave us an astronomical quote for mould treatment of close to $20,000. Avoid.
