★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seem to know the job but won't take credit card payments or part payments which means you need $1000+ ready to go for any septic tank repairs which is pretty unreasonable, we now have to look elsewhere which is a shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had two water tanks that had not been cleaned for many, many years. Envirovac were totally professional and extremely efficient. They removed the water and cleaned out the sludge that lay in each tank, then heat washed each and left each spotless. I would certainly recommend Envirovac and will be using them again when the tanks need cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned this company and specifically asked if they can service thin tanks as ours was not draining and pushing water into our gutters. The operator who came was great but had never worked on these tanks and didnt know how to fix it, he could only drain out water. I emailed the company to express my unhappiness with this outcome as we still have the same problem. The email response wasnt ideal. I was told that she wants to give us an education on these tanks, funny as they dont know how to work on them. $569.25 later and I would rather save someone else from going through this. Moral of the story, dont phone this company if you need help with your thin tanks, rather phone a plumber. P.S thin tanks are the mandatory storm water drainage tanks now needed on some new properties.
