★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I popped into the office this morning, just after 9am at Green Island, Dunedin to change to a bigger wheelie bin. I was blown away how lovely the staff in the office were. The customer services lady was so friendly. She even checked the new wheelie bin and spray cleaned the top of it for me. She took the bin out to my car and even put it in for me. While she was getting the bin for me, another lady said hello and asked was I being looked after. Another office member walking passed and said "how's it going". Such nice people. Happy to be with EnviroWaste. Top marks for customer service. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid like the plague. Horrendous policies and inflexible staff. There was an issue with the direct debit that I was not made aware of - despite the company having my email address and supposedly messaging/calling (none received) my service was disconnected. I was told that due to policy I would have to collect a bin from their depot in Green Island. Not a problem, but then I was told I had a 3 month stand down period due to arrears. That didn't exist as I'd paid them... So not only had I paid for rubbish collection that wasn't collected (fair enough, the direct debit was unlinked, not their problem) but my service was cut off and would not be reinstated, even though I was fully paid up and happy to meet them half way and collect the bin from the depot. These people treat customers like trash and if I could give them zero stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We switched over from Waste Management and haven't looked back. Never missed a collection, and very helpful customer service. Slightly more expensive, but well worth it for the hassle-free and customer-oriented service.
