★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered a skip online due to arrive at 9am and it didn’t arrive till 11am. When I had called and let them know that I would like some sort of compensation because I had lost 2 hours of productive time with my team they said they can’t do discounts and it was my fault I didn’t put the order time in the additional comments. I think they should respect the booking.
They have now changed the form online. At least they have learnt from me, but I will not be using them again.
