It's a business day, website even says you're open and I've been calling all morning, holding on for 5 mins at a time, trying every half hour and there is NO-ONE answering the phones. Just shocking, especially when one of your drivers has caused damage and just driven away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are not many places that we can throw all our recycle stuff especially glass bottles, cardboard, and cans which is appearing everyday and difficult to destroy. I found Waste Management is very useful to drop all our recycling containers. They organize the big buckets separately for you such as clear glass bottles, brown bottle, green bottle, can, paper, and plastic. However, it would be great if they could clean up the buckets there sometime because they are so dirty and smelly. I think that it should be good for the workers' health as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for a 9 meter skip bin on Friday 25/02/2022 received a confirmation email from waste management stating that my skip bin would be delivered on the 2/03/2022 waiting at home all day long for it I am now fked off I had to ring through just to be told they had no available skip bins and they cannot confirm when there would be an available one I am so fked off with this company the least thing they could have done was phone me to let me know they had none left absolutely disgusted and disappointed in how I have been treated as a customer absolutely no professionalism whatsoever I certainly believe this company needs reviewing, however I will be laying a written complaint to this company
