★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got confirmation mail to pick up 9 cubic bin from my site on Monday,so i arranged material to be deliver to my site on Tuesday,but driver didn't pick up bin on Monday,and Tuesday i have my delivery coming and the bin wad in theway.i called service centre,a grumpy lady answer,i said please tell the driver to be hurry because my contractors are here waiting for the bin the be pick up so our material can be drop off,if you can pick up the bin on the day you said you would,please give me a notice so i can arrange my delivery some other time,and that's no problem,but that grumpy lady said is not their fault and be careful with my attitude,also threaten me will cancel the pick up.very very bad service,not spending any more money to get myself upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver missed our rubbish pick up. Told 3 different stories by 3 different people. Told that they had called the driver who will pick it up, did not happen. Spoke to the main "manager" who could not give a toss and said "well don't use our service then". Almost like they don't want to make money. Disgraceful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not drop off in the booked day. Did not picked up on the organised date. Had rescheduled 3 times. And the worth thing is they dont auto reschedule until you call them. Do not use this company again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever to hire a skip bin through, bin showed up 2 days later than the day I booked it in for . The driver was lazy and just dumped it out front of my house blocking half my drive way . Some of the people I talked to were so unperfessional it was disgusting, one of the lady's had the most foul additude , DO BETTER ENVIRO-WASTE , I hope the owner sees this aswell so he can employe better people that actually care about the company and people who buy from it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY! The most appalling service, bin didn’t get delivered on correct day, no apology, poor customer service skills. Asked for delivery early next day, couldn’t deliver that either. Asked for money back, attempted bin delivery 5 days later after we had cancelled. Still didn’t return money. Wrote a formal complaint no one contacted me. Rang two days later asking for refund, told it would be actioned that day, more poor customer service. Still no refund and it’s almost been two weeks, out of pocket and no communication. They don’t even deserve one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my green bin removal with this company and absolutely every time I ordered it they missed it. Every single time I had to reach out to several people ro reschedule a pick up, which normally they missed again the first time. I live in a normal street, is not like I live in a rural property or anything like that. I really don't know how this can happen. I sent a map, pictures of my driveway, everything, and they still miss it. Beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ORDERED A HUNGRY BAG FROM THESE GUYS AND PAID FOR COLLECTION ON APRIL 15. ITS STILL NOT DONE. I PHONE THEM DAILY N THEY JUST TAKE A MESSAGE N NEVER CALL US BACK. VERY DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE N PATHETIC STAFF.
