★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arranged a vehicle 4 days in advance. They told me its going to be ready on Monday. Monday morning they cant deliver the vehicle. I ask if it can be collected by myself and they tell me all drivers are busy and no one can release a vehicle. SHOCKING AND UNRELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SIMPLY BEING LET DOWN BY THIS COMPANY

The first time was excellent, vehicle picked up and dropped off. Had the car for about a month and given that i was not the at fault drive all it cost me was the gas. It was amazing!
The second time however was extremely poor service, car couldnt be dropped off to me, was contacted several times for stupid mistakes that they have made, like not retaining my signature on the documents and only calling about it 3 days after i returned the car to them.
Service must be dependant on the people you get handling your file at the time.
The business idea is great and super convenient but the service is definately questionable and needs more consitency in the appliction process and requirements

Acorn would charge $609 incl gst for a Toyota Corolla. I can personally recommend you to a much more fuel efficient electric hybrid Toyota Prius for under $400 incl gst ! So we can conclude Acorn's prices are over 50% more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agreed to drop off a Toyota Camry but on the day of drop off delivered a toyota Corolla hatchback without any notification. Friendly people on the phone and was apologetic for the error but they couldn't deliver a bigger car of any type. Cancelled the service from Acorn and insurance organized another car from a different company.

They are prompt, polite and very efficient and I was very happy with the 2019 Toyota Highlander that I was given to use while my car was being repaired at the Panel beaters. I will continue to recommend them to people in the future and I also will be using them again if I ever have accident damage to my vehicle.
