★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stop your drivers from using their engine brakes most mornings! They use them on the hill on Forest Lake Road just before the forest lake/Te Rapa intersection. It's very annoying as its so loud and frequent. Seriously, get them to drive their trucks properly and at the correct speed and then they wouldn't need to use them. Keep it up and I'll complain to the Police, engine brake use is illegal within the city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our area pickup is Thursday, told to have it waiting by 7am. The pickup is never on time and sometimes it won't even get picked up for 5 days which is ridiculous. I got 5 days of rubbish and no bin because its still is waiting on the roadside to be picked up.
Did ring them up and got told its due to an increase in rubbish. Or maybe its just neglect!
I see my neighbors get picked up without fail every Monday by Waste Management or a Tuesday on a public holiday week.
