β β β β β Have been using Metro Paws for our two dogs for years. Super professional and friendly. They treat our dogs as if they were their own. The dogs are always super happy to go there. Fantastic grooming service provided as well. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants their dogs well looked after!

β β β β β Metro Paws and Metro Paws and Claws Luxury Hotel are by far the best doggy daycare and kennels we have experienced in Hamilton. We have used day care services at both locations and also the pet motel for multiple stays (one over 10 days). The facilities are fantastic with air conditioning indoors and shaded outdoor play areas and they are also kept clean and tidy. We have always had great interactions with all of the employees and we genuinely believe they care and love our fur baby which is really important to us. Never any issues, we have and will continue to highly recommend Metro to anyone who asks.

Our dog LOVES it here! he comes home clean smelling fresh always has the best stays - check out their facilities people you will not every look elsewhere. Love the staff too caring genuine people that have a passion for animals. β β β β β This Company has been outstanding with my dog. The staff are brilliant and they sure know how to look after my dog when I am away. I don't have to worry about him because I know he is in excellent care. I would recommend anyone who has a dog or a cat to use this Company. They are top notch and I have tried other Pet Hotels around but this one out does all of them. Thank you.

β β β β β This is a fantastic place to take your dogs. A great way to keep them entertained and exercised during the day in a well structured way. The team look after each dog as if it were their own and are always happy to provide advice and support. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy going and are happy and tired when we pick them up.

β β β β β Our 3 large dogs love going to MP we use them regularly for long weekends doggy day care and grooming the best place to take your pet.
Extremely accommodating when we go away at short notice.
The best day care and pet hotel I highly recommend all their services the best pet care ever we would not trust anyone else with our four legged furry kids.
Thanks to Nicola Tegan and the team at MP for giving our dogs a home away from home experience.
