I'm so glad that I brought my 8 years old daughter to see you for Invisalign treatment.
It took about 1 year and now my daughter has the most beautiful smile ever! Now she always keep a smile on her face and can confidently speaks to everyone!

Got an appointment at 12:10pm, arrived 10 minutes earlier, rang the practice about my arrival, and due to Covid protocol I had to wait in my car for a phone call from the practice when they're ready to see me. I rang the practice after waiting for 30 minutes, then to be told that I have to wait a bit longer because they have to clean up the room. Fine, I waited but I did tell them that I have place else to go by 1pm. Got a phone call from them a few minutes later that it will take another 10 minutes to clean up, alternatively I can reschedule (are you kidding me..I've been waiting for so long, even took time off work). I informed them, unfortunately rescheduling isn't an option for the next few weeks or months due to school holiday is just around the corner, tending 2 young children. They called back again at 12:59pm (don't forget that my appointment was at 12:10pm okay), to inform me that now they have an emergency case, can I come back in the evening. Do you think I want to come back? No.
If you were unable to see the patients within the first 30 minutes, please do let them know. We're talking about private setting here and not public system where people would somehow allow extra time to wait.
Very disappointing of the way they handle the situation.

While yes the prices are high, it’s definitely worth it.
