β β β β β It is my first contact with horses. Under Jo and Dawn guidance, my friends and I learnt that horse is not an animal to conquer but to communicate a like human being. It is a good place for team building and family outing. Highly recommended! :)

β β β β β We had a fabulous team therapy session together where we discovered so much more about our work team dynamics. We came away wishing we didn't have to leave and feeling more connected. β β β β β Our first visit to Equine Self today. We were all raving on the way home how much fun we had. Such a great way to get to know each other as a team, explore our leadership Style and bond our team.
We all fell in love with the horses and enjoyed working and caring for them. Dawn and Joe are both amazing people who really care and take the time to listen, observe and share feedback. We can't wait for our next visit.

β β β β β Jo is great to work with. It's obvious she is at the top of her game and genuinely loves working with horses and people. It's amazing to see how she gently guides these powerful animals around the arena and communicates with them.
She knows their personalities and I can highly recommend Equine SELF for any team building, self confidence training, leadership training sessions. If you can lead a powerful horse, you can lead a team of people.
The horses can actually teach you a lot about life. They are naturally high in emotional intelligence and can read a person well.
