★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update- so I went for my appointment to Katrina at escada a couple days after the consultation and she was amazing, she made me feel special and comfortable and treated my hair so good. Amazing colour and highlights, I definitely recommend her especially considering the type of hair I have. Just love it, thanks again Katrina ?
Awesome experience, went in just for a consultation and met Katrina and she was amazing, taught me a few things I didn't even know about my hair. Made me feel so comfortable. Will be getting my hair done this Thursday, yay I can't wait ?

I turned up very late in the day, begging them to help me as I had been let down last minute by another salon. They were extremely busy but knowing my situation, (that was I moving out of Tauranga the next day) they went above and beyond to make sure they fitted me in, and did such an amazing job!!! It was a very relaxing atmosphere, I had a lovely cup of tea, and I left feeling so pleased with the cut and toner they had put on my hair, and also styling it at the end for me.
This place is also very affordable.
Big big thank you to PIPPA - such a friendly girl, who did the best head massage I’ve ever had in my life!!!
